Important note: Some outdoor areas of the property are shared with the owner, who occasionally stays in a separate residence within the grounds. The guest areas described above are independent and designed to ensure a comfortable and uninterrupted stay.

The owner occasionally stays in a separate area of the property and fully respects guests' space, allowing for a relaxed and independent stay.

Grocery Service: If you have specific dietary needs or would like us to arrange groceries prior to your arrival, please let us know in advance.

Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with security cameras located only in outdoor areas.
Families with children: Baby cribs and playpens are available upon request at no additional cost.

Laundry: Guests have access to a washer and dryer at no additional cost during their stay.

Please note that a small improvement project is currently in its final stage in one corner of the property, expected to be completed in June 2026. This is not a major construction project, but a minor upgrade to an already existing private house.

A privacy screen has been installed to separate this area from the guest spaces and block the view from the main areas used by guests.

Due to the nature of the work, any noise is expected to be moderate, and whenever needed, work can be paused or kept to a minimum at our request to ensure guests' comfort.
