Just 400 m from the beach, this house surrounded by a tropical garden with fruit trees is ideal for enjoying Caribbean Costa Rica. It offers privacy, tranquility and excellent location. A short distance from restaurants, supermarkets and activities. Easy access by bicycle or vehicle. Perfect for those seeking comfort, nature and local connection during their vacation.

The property measures 1400 square meters, is fenced around with natural fencing to ensure privacy, has parking for two vehicles and a security camera at the entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, the other two with double beds and one bathroom for both bedrooms. It has fans in all bedrooms. It also has a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The house is all on a single floor, easily accessible.

The house is exclusively for guests

Check-in is remote and I am available from 8am to 8pm for inquiries or any situation that needs to be resolved. Apart from that, I usually give guests a lot of independence.

Playa Chiquita in general is known for its beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The proximity to the beach gives residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy sunny days by the sea and explore the rich marine biodiversity.

You can walk to nearby restaurants, supermarket, and beach, and you can bike to nearby beaches. You can also rent a vehicle to explore further or get around by taxi. In the area, ATVs, UTVs "Mulas," and motorcycles are also available for rent to get around comfortably.
