It is located in a quiet area of Cahuita, a charming Caribbean town known for its colorful houses and multicultural atmosphere. Puerto Viejo is only 15 km away if you want to explore more beaches, restaurants and nightlife.

The property includes a main house (160 m²), a bungalow (65 m²), a small ranch next to the pool with BBQ area, a saltwater pool (5 m x 10 m) and parking.

The main house, in Balinese style, features an open space with kitchen, living room and dining area, plus two bedrooms with queen beds, private bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms.

The bungalow has a living room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area, plus two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.

Next to the pool is the small ranch, a relaxed space for cooking, gathering and spending the day. It also has an additional half bathroom.

The property is located on the outskirts of Cahuita (on the ocean side), at the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet and traffic-free environment. The neighboring houses are occupied by residents and long-term renters, which creates a residential and relaxed atmosphere.

The proximity to Cahuita National Park (approximately 200 m in a straight line) helps preserve the natural environment, and it is common to hear howler monkeys in the morning.

The town center, where you will find the entrance to the national park, supermarkets, restaurants and small shops, is about 15 minutes walking or a few minutes by bike.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, the bungalow, the pool, and the BBQ ranch next to the pool. The property is always rented to a single group and is not shared with other guests.

The main house and bungalow together offer four bedrooms, allowing guests to distribute themselves comfortably if they wish.

The property has covered parking for two vehicles and additional outdoor space. The entire grounds are completely enclosed.

On the outskirts of town, our property is located in a quiet setting at the end of a dead-end street, with no traffic. Neighboring properties are occupied by their owners and rented out. The proximity to the national park (approx. 200 m as the crow flies) provides protection against further development and, without a doubt, the morning awakening of the howler monkeys.
The walk to the entrance of the national park intersection, the supermarket, and the countless restaurants and small shops that follow is about 15 minutes, of course it is faster by bicycle. The path from the property to the center even has street lighting, so it can be easily used even at night when there is sufficient light. Due to the property's location on a dead-end street, you continue ahead to the "Caribbean Corridor," turn right there for about 100 m parallel to the road, and the next path to the right again, at the end you will find the center of Cahuita.

2. By bicycle: Speed up your exploration using rental bicycles. The short distance to the center and the presence of bike lanes make this a fast and eco-friendly means of transportation.

3. Caribbean Corridor: Discover local authenticity by following the "Caribbean Corridor". Turn right for about 100 meters parallel to the road and then take the next path to the right. At the end, you'll find the bustling center of Cahuita, full of life and local culture.

4. Public transportation: If you prefer a more local experience, you can use the public transportation available in the area to explore the surroundings of Cahuita.
