General Terms and Conditions
Reservations made through Bliss Caribe / BLISSFUL CARIBBEAN ENTERPRISE SRL, legal identification number 3-102-939511, are subject to the conditions stated during the booking process, including the price, dates, number of guests, cancellation policy, payment terms, security deposit when applicable, and the specific rules of each property.
A reservation will be considered confirmed once the applicable payment and confirmation requirements have been completed.
The guest is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for complying with the maximum occupancy, property rules, check-in and check-out times, and any other conditions communicated before or during the stay.
Prices, payment requirements, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the property, season, selected rate, and specific conditions of the reservation.
Any modification to dates, number of guests, or booking conditions is subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
The number of guests stated in the reservation may not be exceeded, and visitors are not permitted without prior authorization from Bliss Caribe. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
The guest is responsible for the proper use of the property, furniture, equipment, keys, access systems, pools, gardens, and other facilities throughout the stay.
Additional charges may apply in the event of damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized additional guests, or violation of the property rules. Where applicable, these costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
The guest must report as soon as possible any pre-existing damage, malfunction, water leak, electrical issue, security concern, or other condition that could result in further damage.
Bliss Caribe or its authorized representatives may access the property when reasonably necessary to address emergencies, maintenance, repairs, security concerns, or suspected violations of the property rules.
Parties, unauthorized events, excessive noise, illegal activities, and any conduct that may affect the safety of persons, the property, or the peace of the surrounding neighborhood are prohibited, unless expressly authorized where applicable.
Serious or repeated violations of the booking conditions or property rules may result in termination of the stay and removal from the property, subject to applicable law and the conditions of the reservation.
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific conditions and rules applicable to the reserved property.
